Customer Service Representative (CSR)

JOB SUMMARY

A Customer Service Representative is needed for a loftier volume Third party warehouse and logistics company, servicing a diversity of retail customers. The focus of this position is to ensure constant communication with Product planning and routing to ensure the timely and authentic aircraft of goods. The CSR will exist responsible for entering orders into the system, communicating with the warehouse specific packing instructions while following all vendor requirements. This position reports to the Managing director of the Customer Service department.

ESSENTAIL JOB FUNCTIONS

. Procedure and input all customer orders;

. Monitor and print daily pick tickets ;

. Run reports to cheque production availability;

. Use respective software to print specific retailer labels for shipment;

. Generate all related paperwork and necessary data for client work orders;

. Coordinate and monitor picking process for quickturns, , special and/or last minute requests;

. Trace and investigate orders as required and notify customer of any activity concerning their

merchandise;

. Provide constant communication with customer treatment their inquiries, complaints and concerns in a

professional and courteous manner

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

. Proficient in operating both Customer and Warehouse Operating Systems, Microsoft Excel

Spreadsheet and Information Entry;

. Familiarity with Retailer Routing requirements.

. Strong fourth dimension direction skills and the power to manage multiple priorities;

. ii years work experience in a warehouse environs and/or 3pl/logistics
